Not good single target, pinnacle bosses take a few minutes

how would you level this? can you start playing the build at lvl 49? or do you level with perforate?

Yes perforate, i listed the gems above. If you notice in the picture i posted a couple two handed axes i bought for levels 9, 18, 29, 39 so the damage upgraded every few levels. Yes shattershard is comfortable to level with after with controlled destruction , fire pen, added fire damage.

The starting items are tabula, goldrim, 2 redbeaks (to level 8-9) seven league step, meginords belt, loch caress gloves, replica karui ward, 2 unique blackheart rings (then leup of alls later)
