the magnificent temple of chaos

I went to the temple of chaos to be able to do my third ascension, I had a sale and when I try to reconnect to my instance it puts me in infinite loading... can this correct itself over time or does anyone have a tip to unblock it? I've been trying to do something for an hour now...
