The Trail of Corruption Stuck cant progresse

Im stuck on the progression at the quest the trail of corruption

I try to use the Horn of the vastiri, but in the middle the game crash or the server i donk know.

When i relog he said to me to use the desert map , i do it , but i cant use the Horn of the vastiri.

So i cant go through the campain.

I try : Relog
Retake the horn
Reset my cache folder
Repair game

Nothing is working...
