So I am having trouble killing juiced rares lately and basically stopped doing league content because of it. I have about 4 divines budget to buy improvements, and I was thinking Rakiata's Dance (I am aware I would have to change my setup).

1. I don't see Aspect of the Cat on your gear, so how do u sustain frenzy charges on max? in future, u will need use aspect+less duration
2. Try to take searching exarch implicit "Non-Vaal Strike Skills target # additional nearby Enemies" +1 is budget, +2 can be expensive
3. buy jewel "inspired learning" as budget HH
4. i think brutal fervour is better than bane of legends, more life leech and u can't take reflected phys damage, u have only fire damage

I am an average builder on here so bare with me. I have created a league start guide and looking to improve it. It is a Raks flicker from leauge start to full atlas. This will clear T16 maps pretty easy. This should help explain your issues. Let me know what u think and feel free to ask questions.
