deadeye ice shot, soo should i go build 1 or 2?

i want to go ice shot with it but just found out a second build for deadeye ice shot with a lot of uniques (as a crafting scrub it is temting) https://pobb.in/zivNBJtce18c. Is one superior to the other? Should i change my goal to go with build 2? Or can i use uniques from 2 on 1?
