Cast When Stunned/Block Agnostic Armour Stacking~Maybe IDK yet Help

I have been putting together this build for the past few days trying to find a way to get some reasonable damage output while maintaining defences.

The build makes use of the new Bloodnotch Jewel/Immutable Force while using Daresso/s Courage to have nearly Max block. Kinda low on budget at the moment for major upgrades Timeless Jewel, Ashes,etc.

Here is the current PoB of my Lvl 75 havent done merc/uber labs yet, https://pobb.in/-dC2HJY_WOOu , the idea for defences right now lacks DoT which either Agnostic or going into leech maybe the plan.

Since CwS with 20% quality plus ashes will give pretty much 100% chance to cast every time we block or dont block so the cast rate will be quite high, so maybe using of spells which benefit for cast rate might be more ideal. Need some more ideas.

Dont mind most of the skills on the PoB right now mostly just testing different things.

Quick update so using the stun mastery to gain adrenaline, plus with champion acendency node makes you recover 25% max life plus ailment immunity so very nice interaction.
