Algor Mortis + cold conduction

Hello all anyone know if https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Algor_Mortis
+ cold conduction is working? i try to find out but i can't.
https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Bonechill_Support say "enemies that are standing on chilled ground created by the supported skill, or have been chilled by the supported skill." anyone know if Algor Mortis work the same?

Algor Mortis is chilling areas, not chill. So basically just, to my knowledge, chilled ground and the chilling area of Arctic Breath. Cold conduction doesn't create chilling areas, it applies a chill to enemies that you shock.
