Error opening file.

I keep getting an error message, I downloaded the installer, and I can't even open that...
I bought this the other night and it's frustrating as all hell because I just can't figure it out! The error message is. Error opening file: And it doesn't even tell me what file it's having trouble opening... Also, after I click ok, it says, 'Path of exile is not working" close program, or look for a soultion...
