Frequent crashes in combat

Getting frequent application crashes in combat. Usually, but not always happens when using lightning warp and ice nova a lot around a lot of enemies, so a ton of mobs dying at once and dropping items. The game then hangs and has the generic "Application has encountered an error and needs to close" crash error.

I tried the following to fix it, didn't work:
-I deleted the content file and repatched it
-Deleted the game data files in my User folder
-Cleared the log folder
-Cleared the shader cache folder
-Switched sound drivers (I have an x-fi)
