Hammer Blows Perk Not Working

Hey

I rushed to the Hammer Blows Skill. It is supposed to add a 25% chance to crit when using two handed weapons. When I check my character window it still shows 6.5% crit chance under offence.

I don't know if this is supposed to change that figure or not but it dosen't look like i'm criting any more then before.

not a bug, gives you +25% of your current critical strike.
so if your critical strike rate was 5.2 prior to getting it, it would become 5.2*1.25 or 5.2+25%=6.5
