Account Locked

My main account was locked the 14th February .
The last mail from support was :

The mail say : We have closed the account temporarily while we take you through a security verification process in order to change the email address manually!
But i cannot connect via steam/mail


Since then i contacted them multiple time with only the automatic answer :

I am playing Path Of exile with Steam and when i try to log on Pathofexile.com i have this message :
Your Steam account isn't associated with a Path of Exile account.

When i try to launch the game via steam :
Login Error
Your account has been locked . Please contact Support

Do you have any idea how long it can take ?

I'm starting to be worried i will lost this account with all the money invested on it .

well as you can see they tell you that "someone" is trying to change the e-mail connected to the account: Is this you doing this ?

If not, then it could be that someone is trying to hack your account.

Also, they also write this:
"We have closed the account temporarily while we take you through a security verification process in order to change the email address manually!"

--> that means that you can't access the account anymore until you have proven to them (GGG) that you are the owner of the account.

They will now send you several e-mails with questions that you have to answer before access to the account is restored.
I think my main problem is here :

I didn't receive any followup mail to get my account unlocked !

I always used Steam Authentication for the website and Steam to launch the game
well then you will properly have to send GGG support an e-mail asking them for help and link this tread in the mail.

If you don't receive a "generic" reply saying something like "we have a baglog of cases and so on", then it could look like your e-mail provider has been blocked by GGG or their reply mails to you are blocked by your e-mail provider or your spam system.
Thanks for the reply :) my provider is gmail !
Also i mailed them multiple time and you get the auto-reply only on a new mail ( replying to the support didn't generate the response mail).
I hope they will sort it out before the end of the league :()
carefull about sending them more e-mail since that will reset your ticket to the last on their list.
