Question about "increased Life Recovery from Flasks"

Is "increased life recovery from flask" applies to any life recovery from flask, even non-life flask?

For example, Zerphi's Last Breath, Forbidden Taste, Cinderswallow Urn are non-life flask, can they be affected by that stat? Or only life flask (including unique life flask) can benefit from that stat?

How about "increased flask recovery rate" from Herbalism?

Do these stats ONLY affect life / mana / hybrid flask's implicit mod only?

Thank you.

Yes if it is a flask and says "recover X life"; in case of zerphi's last breath I'm not sure since 'Last Breath' can be an effect different of Recover; I'm not sure.

I don't know but I think it affects everything, because, first, that's how usually the wording in PoE is, and second, to quote the wiki:

"Flask effects are temporary effects that are granted while drinking a flask. This include implicit modifiers on utility flasks, certain flask suffixes and modifiers on unique flasks, but doesn't include life or mana recovery."

So, since every form of recovery isn't considered an effect, maybe they are both general recovery and are threated the same.

hope that helps :3
