Please start banning price fixers, its getting ridiculous

For bulk item trading I get like 7/8 whispers ignored.
The best solution would be to obviously make proper trading system, like humans do. Interactionless with circural currency offers detection in order to not allow auto currency flipping. That would be easy. But until then - is it really so hard to detect price fixers or ppl who deliberately not respond to buy offers, because they think like (too low price, I'm to busy now to even bother). If one posts something for trade, he/she must be ready to sell it, period. Introduce report player type ("price fixer/not responding to buy offer many times"). Then employ humans to actually take care of such people. They handle ppl according to number of reports from other players. Just check for response. If none, warn, check in like 30 min. Still none, temporal ban from indexer. Simple? I'm sure you will find supporters who will do it for free. Can't "ban" a player for ignoring a trade as most of the time trades come at inconvenient times for most players and is not top priority. As for price fixing i do agree this needs to be stopped. Possibly with a report function on the actual poe website trade, where a certain limit of reports would force api to remove that players trade or something along those lines would be great.
