Safehouse Bug - Syndicate member not 'clickable'

Has happened in both of the last Safehouse runs for me. Finish the encounter, and then can only click on one of the members that were in the fight. When you go to leave your hideout, a warning pops up saying:

"Leaving the area will allow the Immortal Syndicate members to escape from the Safehouse. You will need to gather more info to track them down again. are you sure you want to leave the area?"

So go back into hideout, but still can't click on them?? <shrug>

Same thing happened to me, basically.

@GGG: I tried my first Safehouse today. Mud Flats, Act 6. Ran the zone, encountered Korell & possibly someone else in the boss room at the end of the zone. Threw down some Storm Brands, Frost Bomb, Cold Snap, Orb of Storms, and started Flame Dashing... Lagged immediately, but Storm Brand kept doing it's work, and leeching thanks to Hierophant Ascendancy nodes.

Beyond this point, I got maybe 3 visible frames of change on screen. I saw a black armored dude with red tattoos die, and Korell die and the paper icon popup, then I was on the login screen...

Logged back in, reran the zone (dunno if the fact the turrets kept shooting their poison arrows is significant)... got back to the room, and the locked door to whatever wss still locked, and clicking on Korell didn't do anything.

I'm unsure if Jun is supposed to appear in the boss room for the Interrogation, but I don't see him anywhere. The tattoo'd dude also doesn't have a paper icon to click on. Pulling up the Syndicate Board, Hillock is now leader, Korell is relegated to the bottom of the board, and the safehouse meter is back down to 0%

Another safehouse, another screen freeze / crash... this time, the only reason I'm pretty sure I killed everything is because of the green text in the chat log... returned to the boss room and the Syndicate members aren't even there to click on... progress bar on the Syndicate board is back to 0... Cameria is still the leader... loot room door is locked...
Happened again. Earlier today I managed to complete a safehouse by triggering Vorici/Vagan and running offscreen to try and lighten the load of activating the fight and all the portals, so I thought I had a workaround to participate in the content...

But then I did another Transportation Safehouse with Cameria... I ran away, even killed everything, but then it lagged up and froze anyway, after I'd ALREADY killed everything... I was just heading to Cameria to click her and access the loot rooms...

Crashed to login, loaded back into town, and it gave me the warning about leaving the area with Syndicate members uninterrogated while I was trying to leave town and re-enter the zone the Safehouse portals were in... very weird... never happened quite this way before...
Happened again, on a Sunderer, and I completed the fight fine this time... interrogated Vagan, got the challenge completion for doing a Transportation Safehouse... stood around for a minute...

THEN, I started heading to the treasure rooms and I locked up, moved frames once, and crashed... it's gotta be something to do with the generation of the treasure rooms, maybe?

Luckily, I was able to return and collect loot, since I'd interrogated the Syndicate members already... dunno if this is because I used /hideout from town, once logging in, or if I'd have been fine using the waypoint in town, as well... just happy to loot my 2nd Safehouse out of 5...
