Turning off tutorials permanently

Hello guys, I am trying to turn off tutorials permanently without good result so far.

Firstly there is no ingame option for me to turn this off. Same case as described in this topic:

Secondly if i change last line of config file to:
tutorials_enabled=false
It doesnt work either - every new character I make have tutorial pop up.


Also changing all of other tutorial options doesnt work:
CTRLClickTutorial=false
DefaultAttackTutorial=false
FirstSkillGemTutorial=false
FirstSupportGemTutorial=false
FirstWeaponNPCTutorial=false
LevelUpTutorial=false
LowLifeTutorial=false
LowManaTutorial=false

QuestRewardActiveSkillGemTutorial=false
ShowMapTutorial=false
TownFlaskRefill=false
UnsocketTutorial=false

Is there any way to turn off this annoying feature?

Is it really that inconvenient to hit the “skip tutorials” button once with new characters? I don’t think there is a command line option.

Skip all tutorials button is also bugged - sometimes I have to click it twice to make it work.

Also its not about that few seconds per character - its rather about the thing that I know it is possible to have it done.
I saw many streamers racing without that issue so i guess its either some kind of game bug or they just resolve it in different way.
