Reave for sure. Having Vaal Reave with as a 5-6 Link (depending if you use multistrike or not) will be a fucking blast. For single target you can always swap gems to blade flurry so no big deal.

I'm rather bothered by the damage reduction of Lacerate though, since even with having bleed up 100% of the time and the un-nerfed attack speed, it's still less damage than it was. I don't remember Lacerate being any sorts of heavy single target damage skill for a long, long time.
The extra 4 attack range / radius sounds interesting though, I wonder how much of that will be at the low levels, since that's where it needed it the most. I wonder if it's enough to get us back to Lacerate's coverage before the giant aoe nerf. |

Lacerate seems very underwhelming to be honest. The damage is close to Reave in PoB but in realistic scenarios a lot lower because of 4x less AOE and PoB calculates both Lacerate hits which you can miss easily because of the monster movement while that is almost impossible with Reave and it's giant AOE.
I see absolutely no reason still for anyone to go Lacerate over Reave / BF unless you need to use 2Hs for whatever reason. Uploaded an awesome Exsanguinate Freeze Explosion build on the forums - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3508506

Based on what they said: " Original overlapping DPS: 117.8*2*.75 = 176.7 New overlapping DPS against Bleeding enemies: 73.7*2*1.25 = 184.25 Damage per Hit will have gone down, ironically making Lacerate less good at Bleeding than before, but DPS will have gone up a little bit. There aren't any enemies that are now immune to bleeding, are there? New Lacerate will probably be annoying if you previously used it for one-click bleedsplosions, but should be about the same DPS in multi-hit scenarios. Need game info? Lacerate felt like it got a QOL boost. But in terms of power, I feel that it has moved sideways instead of up or down. Was excited, but now not so much compared to other skills.
