Disconnect Issues

I really want to return and play this game again but this issue keeps me from playing.

I have a gaming PC and use a wireless network to play all my multiplayer games. This game is on steam and the only one that keeps disconnecting me for an unknown reason. Before you say anything about the cable connection - I can't, but the router which I am using is giving me the exact same speed as the cable.

Here are WinMTR statistics from the moment I before logged in to servers until the moment I was disconnected.

My gateway: Moscow
mo.login.pathofexile.com

What I have tried so far:
- Starting the game with --nosound -gc2
- DirectX 9 / 9ex / 11
- Everything low quality/off and no audio
- Turning off Vsync/Dynamic Resolution/Post Processing/Screen Shake
- Installing the game on SSD/HDD
- Turning off our internet/restarting
- Setting Networking Mode to Lockstep and Predictive
- Changing the language of the game and the gateway
- Tried with VPN
- Tried disabling all services (except Microsoft)

The max time I am able to play is an hour when I was away from the game for around 2 hours. Each subsequent login disconnects me faster and faster to the point when I can play just around 1-2 minutes.

So, that WinMTR trace seems oddly truncated, but it does show there is around one percent packet loss between your modem and your ISP. You should contact technical support at your ISP and ask them to resolve the issue. (They will no doubt ask you to power cycle the modem as step one, so you can get ahead and check that, and that cables are properly seated, first, if you want.)

Assuming that trace is representative, that would definitely explain the occasional disconnect - especially if the packet loss is "bursty", since there is a 6-10 second disconnect timer in PoE, so it doesn't take much of a disruption to cause you to disconnect.

(PingPlotter can generate the same data as WinMTR, and can better highlight if the packet loss all happens at one time, or is randomly distributed, if you want to see better what is going on.)

Thank you for your response. Will contact my ISP and see what causes the problem.
