Need help with build's gear.

Not sure if correct place to ask but was hoping if someone could point me into some direction. Have been so desperate that I've been thinking of creating new char..

So. Just cleared Phoenix, but took two maps to do it. Also getting one shot by some T15 bosses.

What should I upgrade? I know my rings and ammy are lacking, but I've so many resists scattered around them that I think it would be better to just start a new pal.
