How to reset Bandit Quest (Killed 2, helped Alira-I want to kill all 3)

Hey guys, just started PoE earlier this month so I'm still a bit lost with some of the mechanics and quests.

I've already been looking around heavily, but I can't find the answer that I need.

I originally saved Alira for the bandit's quest and killed the other two. Problem is, I actually want the 2 skill points for killing all three but I have no idea how to get it properly reset so I can kill all three.

I looked around and found out about the book of reforming (the recipes) but this simply changes a person's favor to choosing them. What I want specifically is to get it reset so I can kill all three.

The book of reforming is just going to make me ally to a different bandit. I saved Alira and now I want the option to kill her so I can get the 3 bandits killed off so I can get those 2 extra passive points.

I originally thought I could just craft a book of reforming for Alira to change her favor, betray her and then be able to kill her, but it doesn't seem that is how the book of reforming works.

So my question is: is it possible to reset the whole quest so I can kill all three of them instead? Is it something I did incorrectly or misunderstood about the books? Do let me know.

Thanks in advance, fellow Pathers!

Sorry if you didn't understand but I mentioned that I read this already. It still isn't giving me the reset that I want. The book of reforming just gives me the bandit's favor, not so I can betray them.

I know about the book of reforming, but am I using it incorrectly or something? I originally thought that I had to get a book of reforming for Alira so I could change her mind and betray her since she's the only one I need killed, but it doesn't seem like that is the case.

Do I need to get a book of reforming for the other two bandits? I was under the assumption that If I do get their book of reforms, I would instead just grant their favor and it will just switch to their passives instead.

I want a full reset so I can kill all three. Not just to move to another person's favor for their passive. Unless I have to get a book of reforming for the other two? When I go to their hideouts, I can fight them but I can't do the same with Alira and I have her book.

Put twenty regrets and an onyx amulet in a vendor window.

Thats the two skill point one.
Man, I totally misunderstood this. Thanks a ton.

I just kept looking at that page as the three bandits but you could just reset Eramir. I was too focused on the three bandits itself.

Thanks buddy. When I get home I'll make sure to do so.

Thanks!
