Returning player help with build...

So I'm using KissMeQuick's Gladiator Reave build for a Duelist. I'm returning after a long time away and used the free passive reset to switch into this build.

I'm really struggling to do any content that is my level...I used to be a Facebreaker build but wanted to change it up after I saw it struggle badly on Tier 1 maps. Now that I've switched I'm still having trouble in Tier 1!

So, if my gear just THAT bad? Or am I missing some information? I've been gone for quite a while.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
