Question for minion based build experts- lab enchants

Here are a few exceptions; but again, don't expect a massive demand for any of these:

There are not too many good summoner unique helmets (which do not allow the bone helmet implicit), The Baron being a notable exception. In that case you obviously want the 40% zombie damage enchant.

Spectre suicide bomber builds want +5 to level of corpses created by unearth.

Spirit Offering gives 12% of physical damage as extra chaos damage might be useful to somebody? Depends on which minions you're using and how much physical damage they do. You also have to maintain Spirit Offering in lieu of Bone/Flesh/(Blood), which give better defenses/offenses in general.

This is pretty much the absolutely perfect helm for the spectre suicide bomber build I mentioned. Do not change the enchant on it, anyone playing that build will shower you in exalts for this piece.
