[Theorycraft] Cospri's Malice Flicker Slayer (Need Testers)

Hey guys, anyone want to help me test out a really powerful build? I don't have much time to play so unfortunately I can't make a full guide for this build, but I can guarantee you it is definitely very top tier. I would even argue that it is one of the fastest clearers in the game right now. I have put all the gear, gem and tree information in PoB.

Note: For single target we swap out flicker strike for dual strike or frenzy. Also for Ice Nova, we can replace concentrated effect with damage on full life if it turns out to be more optimal (since we are running as a slayer).

I have built a similar character to this before, but I predict that this variant will be around 3-4x stronger and significantly tankier / cheaper. Here is the old video for reference.

Might be able to do it. Had a Cospri Discharger in 2,5 still have the good gear for that. I also have a 94 Slayer and can possibly test it with HH too, for the lulz. Might not have decent Crit rings tho. Want me to make a video too? A bit concerned about the Frenzy generation but fortunately, my brother played Flicker and we have a Bloodrage enchant.
Is this intended to clear maps or also bosses?

Ah sweet. Yeah a video would be great. This build is intended to clear both maps and bosses. For Frenzy charge generation, Ice Bite should be able to suffice, so don't worry about running Bloodrage.

For Bosses, before entering the boss room, swap out Flicker Strike for Dual Strike or Frenzy and see how it performs I guess.

Bad news. The Frenzy Charge generation is infinitesimal. I tried to use as close to 20/20 gems as possible, but it's just not there. Bloodrage and Ice Bite were not enough, not even in the slightest. Stats are also really hard to come by. I could not unequip my HH because I would massively drop Strength.

This one is a bust dude.

No because slayer has a free link because of melee splash
