Help me improving my DW Max Block Gladiator

Hey guys (and girls), just wanted to ask if you could help me improving my build. I can clear every content so far up to t13 (havent had any higher drops so far) without much problem. This build isnt the fastest, but its really steady. Maybe there could be some improvements!

I could be reading the pastebin wrong, but I'm surprised your able to do T13 maps with 30k dps.
