Slayer/Starforge/phys+chaos/life leech+bleed/Need Help pls

Hi, I'd like to get advice on this one. I probably don't get some mechanics cause i tought my dps would be much higher witch such wep and more dmg stacks.

My goal was to stack more dmg, life leech, bleed chance, chaos from phys, phys resist.
Some attack speed to trigger weight of the empire often

What do you think about this build, improvements, major changes to do?
