2.6 Dual Cybil's paw, CWC bladefall, (75% block when hit)

Cybil's paw has been pretty underrated recently, so i decided to make a build out of it. If u have better solutions or ideas that can help improve this build, please feel free to comment.
Pros & Cons
Pros 1.DPS is pretty decent for a block build 2.You can run alot of curses 3.High block chance 4.No double dipping (preparing for 3.0) 5.Most damage are physical Cons 1.Damage over time is your achilles heel 2.Cannot run no leech maps 3.Very gear dependant

FAQ
why blight and not wither?

As you said we can write ideas to make it better I'll go.
I overall like everything about it escept for the main skill setup. CwC with posion skills works incredibly well when proced by wither. I also dislike empower and controlled destruction as they don't double dip. I suggest Wither - CwC - Bladefall - Added Chaos - Void Manipulation - Conc/IncAoE. With this approach it'll also be highly beneficial to take the duration cluster right under scion as it scales the duration of wither and poison as well. | |

But will that setup still be good in 3.0?

Arcane Surge will be a thing in 3.0 so about anything that scales off of spell damage will be nice.
