I'm using it right now with 90% phys to cold conversion blade flurry. Exceptional chest, elemental damage is a tickle now and my leech as well as leech efficiency went through the roof. Phys damage is somewhat dangerous though - but nothing cwdt immortal call can't help you with.

You need to run it with a good ES shield IMO. Gotta make up for the chests low ES.

Incandescent Heart is primarily an option for Chaos Inoculation builds that use elemental damage attacks. Taking Elemental damage as Chaos damage is almost always going to result in taking more damage than you should, unless you're immune to chaos via CI at which point it's a pretty massive defensive buff. You seem to already be doing that, but without being able to see your characters it's hard to judge how well your Berserker is built.

I'd consider doubling down on the things IH is good at with Occultist. Malediction gives you more Chaos-addition from whatever elemental damage you're scaling if you drop cursed critters (plus Profane Bloom is just awesome by itself), and Wicked Ward/Vile Bastion helps make up for Incandescent Heart's low ES and offers some sustain, but you WILL need a pretty bitchin' ES shield to make up the fact that you don't have even half of what CI normally wants on a chestpiece for ES. You'll also be wanting to up the minimum ES counts on your helm/gloves/boots, which you look to've done in addition to a pretty nice crystal belt.

Blade Vortex would not be my first choice of skills for Incandescent Heart, P2L or no. You've got a pretty good attack leech roll on the thing, why not go for that? 1H attack doesn't deal Savage Deeps, no, but you'd have much better sustain with Ghost Reaver, especially if you went claws and ducked down to Soul Reaver. Blurry conversion might work, though that's a hell of a skillgrimage down to the Ranger /Duelist area from Occultist. I always love me some good Frost Blades, though coloring Frost Blades on an armor/ES chest might prove...troublesome. Hm, or not. Melee Phys, MPoFL, WED, Multistrike, P2L. 4R1B1G should be doable. You lose impact from Fight For Survival's melee cold pen, though. And frankly don't get any penetration at all, so bosskilling will suck. Perhaps not the best idea.

I really wish all the fire melee skills weren't godawful putrid-bad...
