Perfect Elemental Reflect Defense?

Hey so I'm level 72 on my first POE build, and I picked Paragon of Calamity (ascendancy tree), "Ash, Frost, and Storm" passive tree, and I have the Sibyl's Lament Coral ring. All totaled between those 3 things, it equals 100% reduced elemental reflected damage... does it actually stake like this? Would this work for a Freezing Pulse witch?

Increased and Reduced type modifiers stack additively. Assuming you have no sources of Increased Damage Taken (Shock, most notably), you'll be looking at 100% Reduced Reflect taken, yes.

You may want to experiment with using a ring other than Sibyl's Lament, since Sibyl's Lament is actually really bad except for its RRD properties. From experience and from watching other people's stuff at the higher end, 60% reduced reflected damage taken (which, in the case of elemental reflect, is also further reduced by resistances, I do believe) should be far and away beyond sufficient for a Freeze Pulser to not have to worry about reflect. The levels of damage you'd have to deal for 60% RRD to be insufficient to your needs would require enough game knowledge to achieve that you'd already know the answer to this question :P

Good point. I'll do some experimenting with it. I've got 2 snakebite rings that I've been using (replacing one for defense against reflect) but I'll see what comes up :)
