Whisper bug

Hey, so when i try to trade or whisper someone in game i don't think they get my whisper and/or i can't see their whisper.
This only happens in legacy league, i went on to softcore and whispered someone, i then got a response instantly but in legacy league i have messaged about 80 people from poe.trade and people in my area in game and no one responds or i can't see their messages. Please help as this is delaying my game play by not being able to trade, I've played this game for over 4 years now and have never had this problem. Edit: i have tried messaging in global and yet again no one can see my message. I have the exact same issue on abyss league? Is there a fix?

If this happens, e-mail support@grindinggear.com asking if you've been muted.

I'm honestly not sure how exactly the system works.
I've seen screenshots of staff telling people they've been muted, why, and for how long. But there's been plenty of threads where that hasn't happened and the account owner doesn't know why action was taken. Support should be able to investigate and explain and / or remove it. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Would be really interessting, because since I started League I did not chat with anyone,
and even before I try always to be polite and friendly. I am sure I did not insult anyone so I am really suspius but I am not recieving an answer right now... |

This problem was fixed ages ago for me by messaging the support team.
They were great about it, all it took was a character name change. |
