Incantation(Whispering Ice Div. Card) Drop Rate Buffed?

Playing SSF HC in Legacy league and decided to start off playing Whispering Ice. Checked out forums and most posts seem to suggest that it takes dozens of hours and many hundreds of instances to farm all four cards. I was preparing to grind the hell out Western Forest in Merc, but decided to run a few in Cruel on the way and ended up finding all four cards in about 20 minutes, and in no more than 6 runs. I did a couple more just because of how surprised I was and found another, and now I'm in Merc farming again so I can get two sets and a better chance at a good roll.
Things to keep in mind:
- I was never overleveled and so never had a drop penalty.
- I was wearing a Perandus Blazon (8% item quantity)
- Always had tempests up (10% item quantity)

Anyways, just posting this in case anyone is thinking of farming for a Whispering Ice and is discouraged by all the other horrible experiences people have had in the past.

Tl;dr: Incantation Divination Card totally farmable.

That's what I thought after the first 2. After 5 cards throughout 7 or 8 instances though, it's seeming like a bit outside the realm of luck.

I think i got buffed as-well, but could still be RNG.

I remember farming for it hard some league's back and spending like 6 hours to find 1 card.(underleveld etc, pushing to forest and then grinding it out for 12+ levels)

Found 2 just running true western this league though, so yeah seems like it, but can't be sure about it.

On my league starter I got lne aswell, not even trying to farm. That's 2 instances that had it in the loot pool!

Edit: My theory is that this is one of the very few build defining uniques as opposed to build enabling ones, thus the droprate got buffed to allow ssf players to access this build far more easily. That being said, I'm rather surprised that there is no iron commander divination card (yet?).

I've never found one of the cards. Had heard how easy they were to get even before the start of the new league. Someone else is getting my drops apparently :(
