"The root of the problem" quest bug

I'm in act 3 now and just noticed i still have Maligaro's spike and Baleful gem quest items in my inventory. Searched and couldn't find anything about this.



A second bug which could just be my memory failing me :D is related to the bandits quest. I helped oak and continued towards vaal. When reaching the pyramid i receive the "you need to deal with the bandits" message. So i head back to Oak and finish the quest. Problem is, i might have received the +40HP bonus twice. Mayme i just didn't click the first time or there was some lag or weird rollback but it wouldn't hurt if someone check's my char, just to be sure.

I'm in act 4 now and i still have these items in inventory, occupying precious space QQ

Just drop them on the ground.

Tried to drop quest items but it didn't work.

My only chance is to use them in cruel and hope they disappear as it looks like nobody from staff is giving this any attention.

Edit: just tried to drop them again and it worked now. Instantly disappeared.
