How to move PoE install from HD to SSD?

Hey, so my HD has a pretty slow read speed, results in unplayable lag when new effects come up on the screen, so breeches or party play or spammy builds take me from 60 fps down to 10-20 which makes HC unplayable.

What I wanted to know was, as re downloading would have to be over night, is there an easy way to move my PoE install from my HD over to my SSD, like can I just drag and drop it and the game will pick it up when I try to launch, or is there a simple way with a few easy steps so I can play today?

Might be worth noting that I'm using a NON Steam install, don't want to link it through Steam.

Cut/Copy and paste these two files to your preferred location on the SSD:
PathOfExile.exe
Content.ggpk

Run PathOfExile.exe (on the SSD location)
Wait for the 50 MB update.
Done

Move the folder the way you'd move anything else.
