Failed to connect to instance

I keep getting "Failed to connect to instance" when trying to get to The Mud Flats, been trying for 30 mins, but always the same. Got it a few times when trying to get to The Tidal Island also, but got there after a few tries. Also get it a few random times when teleporting back to Lioneye. But The Mud Flats, no chance getting to, no matter how many time I try.
Somebody else experiences the same problem or have a solution for it?

But on the second try with ctrl+click and started a new instance, it worked!

Unfortunately it seems like every instance I get "Failed to connect to instance" on the first try, so I have to join in again and ctrl+click and open a second new instance to make it work, which gets tedious quite fast. And more often now than earlier, when I try to start the game after I gotten the "Failed to connect to instance" to join Lioneye's Watch again. I get "Failed to connect to instance" there aswell. The game then goes back to character selection, but I can't select anything or go back to the main menu. I have to force quit the game and start over again.

This is happening to me too.
I get booted to login menu when trying to change load to a new zone, this even happens from town to any zone sometimes.
Sometimes i'm able to play trough a few zones but it happens again a little bit later.
Is it an isp issue or something, it's really sporadic, sometimes i can play for a few days and not get this at all.
edit: so basically i'm requesting a gg employee to trade me a portal gem so i can shit one out before every zone switch or something this way i lose less time
