Mini Map Resets Immediately

Hello,
My mini map resets immediately when leaving and entering back into that area. The minions are dead but the map is "undiscovered".

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10, however I restarted playing PoE since upgrading to Windows 10 so I don't know if it would have been working on Windows 7.

Anyways in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Path of Exile - my account has "Full Control" and I am the owner of the folder. Just to be sure I gave "Everyone" full control as well on the folder. Still isn't working correctly.

I don't have a Documents folder inside C:\Users

Doing a search for "Path of Exile" on my C drive I got the above steam path and C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile (This is likely from my previous install of PoE outside of Steam). Everyone and System has full control on this folder, I added my personal login for good measure. Still no luck though :(

Ok, found the folder we wanted, it was actually on my second hard drive (D drive). Apparently windows didn't update permissions on it properly. It's all working now, thanks for your help.
