Lioneye's Watch not loading

Play the game for a while and level up to level 10 and the game started to not loading the map when I come to Lioneye's Watch.
I have also try to create a new character and also the map cannot load, did the steam verify integrity of game cache afterward and nothing changes. I'm playing the game on Window 10. Can someone please help me with this issue. Thanks in advance. |

Oh yes I forgot to provide that information, but I have also try to turn off the Antivirus and Firewall but still no luck.
The Lioneye's Watch was the only map that cannot load, since when I create a new character the map still load normally. I don't think there is any corrupted files either, because I have re-install the game a few time but it never load the map again. Thanks for the quick reply. |

Try Control+Clicking on the waypoint or entrance and see if you can join a different version of the instance and see if it makes a difference.
Does the problem happen when logging into a character that is stationed in Lioneye's Watch, or only when attempting to go back there from a different zone? |

It happened to both actually, I try to login to a character in stationed in Lioneye's Watch and it didn't work. Also when I create the new character and try to enter Lioneye's Watch, it didn't load as well.

If you connect via a VPN and try again, does it work properly?

No, sadly it doesn't work.

Unfortunately, all I can really suggest is to Delete the local content in Steam and then re-install the game completely. It's odd that the verification isn't finding any issues... and it doesn't APPEAR to be network related....although it could still be.
Just to make sure, you can go to any other zone except Lioneye's Watch? Or do you not have any characters high enough in level to be past Lioneye's already? |

Yeah every other zone is fine, the Lioneye's Watch was the only problem. I decided to play a new character, and not able to enter Lioneye's Watch.
I did try to delete the game and re-install, as I said in earlier post, but still no luck. |

Well if other zones work properly, then it's not likely network related.
If the files scan properly and you've already re-installed, then it's not likely disk related. I really have no other idea except that something on your PC is interfering. Did you remove and re-add Path of Exile (both the folder and the PathOfExile.exe) to your firewall and antivirus exclusions (including the default Windows firewall)? |
