Support Gems: Chaos Golem + ... ???

I use my golem with mini dmg + mini spd.

1) Which 4th gem i should use?
2) Which blue gem best as 4th?

I thought Spell Echo works with golem, becouse sometimes he makes chaos cascade. But litera from Spell Echo wount apear on skill bar. Also AoE litera apears, but there are no "AoE" in Chaos Golem skill description.

For tankiness: minion life, fortify, minion res. I wouldn't use minion dmg or speed, I never felt they're needed on a golem whose damage is anecdotal (though there was a sample of a chaos golem soloing piety in beta :p)

What if I am summoner, and don't need survivability for my golem in pack of zombies? He is ok, but some dmg will be good. Is it make sense to slightly increase dmg?

The cascade is a roll over, like what use monster golems. It's an attack. I don't remember what his other attack/spell is. If you can confirm it's also an attack then just go for an attack oriented support, else go for a more generic one like added lightning or chaos damage.
