Ways to obtain frenzy charges
I think there is lack of ways to obtain frenzy charges. For power charge, support and the two unique (one need crit, one should not crit) can gain power charges in easy and different ways. For endurance charge, you get a warcry which is fair easy for everyone who want to use endurance charge. There are support gem and unique that can get endurance charges in easy and different ways too (have I mention Voll's Devotion yet?).
However, as for frenzy charge, beside frenzy with is an active attack skill, all the other ways to get the frenzy charge needs to kill something (alright, Oro's Sacrifice is not the case, but it's a weapon). Which means that we have no way except frenzy, especially for spell casters, to gain frenzy charge while fighting a boss. Also, due to the "nerf" on gaining frenzy charge by using blood rage (although I love this "buff"), there should be some new way(s), apart from killing, to gain frenzy charge. How about making a skill (not unique please) that have a percentage to grant you a frenzy charge if you evade/dodge/avoid crit? The skill can be a buff or aura. Maybe having a support gem that grant you a frenzy charge for every third strike on the same target (multiple strike on one attack/cast should only count once for sure) is a good idea. The Frenzy skill is the best of all to generate charges... It is certain to do so if you hit.
For all the other charges, there's a lot of randomness in it, and they're not as easy to sustain against single strong targets. |

There are now more ways to gain frenzy charges than ever. Ice Bite, Poacher's Mark, Blood rage more feasible to more builds. And it's thematically consistent: you work yourself into a frenzy the more you kill and continue killing. Whacking on a boss for 5 mins without killing anything? Surely your frenzy would subside.

Ya, it's not hard to get frenzy charge, but they are all by killing. I just think that there should be some alternative way to get frenzy instead of killing, killing and killing. Having different ways to obtain charge can broaden the build variation, right?

Frenzy charge on hit with % chance would be nice, even 10%.

IMO it's the endurance charges that are the problem, self cast enduring cry is far too boring to even consider.

I use to generate frenzy charges then link Herald of Ice + Curse on hit + Warlords mark + Assasin's mark + Life leech to generate charges and regen life.
