Can not progress Act4 bug 2,939,431,311

Killed both dream bosses then powered the device. Entered beast belly and was not able to enter next zone after that. Had message saying something about not on right quest line. Went back to town tried to do all quest but unfortunately everything is stuck. And now even beast belly is closed. Tryed to do both dreams again, but no results.

Have three quests: The eternal nightmare, The king of fury reward, The king of desire reward and have The eye of desire item.

Device shooting beast entrance is not working and Dialla is nowhere to be found (town or near device).

Your screenshot doesn't cover the area where Dialla stands in town. Can you add a screenshot of that area?

Don not know her location in town but maybe these screens will help.

Dialla is not in town and and she is also not in the Crystal veins.
This happened when i was in the Belly of the beast level 1, when i tried to enter level 2 it said that my actual quest was not allowing me to enter (it is not the exact message). Then i made a TP and went in town and i could not go back into my TP.

Yeah, those help. The only other place I've seen her is when you first enter the aqueduct if you don't talk to her in the Sceptre of God. I doubt she'd be there but you can check. I hope they figure this bug out for you soon.
