Kraityn's Camp Bug

Ran this quest with a friend. We chose to kill Kraityn. After the fight started, I died.
Then my team mate opened a portal within the camp, allowing me to get back in the battle.

Once I re-entered the area, everything stopped. The boss and all his cronies just stood there. Then we were given the option to kill, or help him again. But, we could not select an option. The box just stayed on the screen.

Once my team mate portaled back to town, the quest option box closed and the fight automatically started from where it left off, closing the gate as well. I was able to finish the fight, killing Kraityn, but my team mate did not get credit for it.

I should also point out, that only my team mate needed to do this quest. I had already completed it yesterday. Not sure if that has any relevance.

**Update**

Now, my team mate is unable to complete the quest. He has exited the game several times and when he returns to Kraityn's camp, they are all dead. I then left the game, he again exited out and logged back in, returned to the camp solo, but everyone was still dead.

you can reset the instance by ctrl-click on the WP, and select 'new'

The problem still exists even after the instance reset...though my team-mate was eventaully able to complete the quest, with alot of difficulty
