I dont want to be offending, but
this is ridiculous overpowered. The -26 all res is the only drawback. (Who cares for reduced life, if u can choose CI. Its even better since u get a free es regen) u get 320% increased crit chance by level 80? thats 6 additional power charges. This means discharge alone has a crit chance of 32% now... only with this ring and without anything else. And u get 160% multi on top. AND SPELL DAMAGE? But the power charge on crit strike PER HIT is nearly the funniest. With that ring u dont need any other gear for offensive purpose. I'd have to agree that it stupidly OP, the draw backs aren't even a problem.
Go CI, and ignore the resistance drop...that's what i would do on my ice spear witch, which atm has 77% chance to crit with ice spear(second forms additional chance included) and over 500% crit multiplier That ring would give me another 400% additional crit strike (totaling 105% unless there's a cap) and another 200% crit multi at lvl 100 not to mention the 300% additional spell power It's prety OP as it is atm with meh gear Ancestral Bond. You need to balance it around what people with even the slightest grasp of character building will use it for. " Let me fix that for you: Stupid people wouldn't use this ring because they wouldn't know how to get by the really easy drawbacks. CI/low life takes away the 90% reduced life, and an Aurumvorax easily counters the resistance hit. |
