Can't use life flask on full health
I have 3 flasks of which 1 doesn't work when my health is full.
This is an Ample Grand Life Flask of Adrenaline with +10 Extra Charges and 28% Increased movement speed during flask effect. I switch the position of the flasks, but it still won't work. The other 2 will keep working. Tested this in The Docks and The City of Sarn. Using the Flask at 100% Life would do exactly nothing for you anyways.

But his other flasks still work as pre 1.1.3, I've seen it on Inferno_'s twitch stream this afternoon. So those are bugged then?
I've tried it on pre 1.1.3 chars and new chars, but I can't reproduce it tho ^_^ |

By other flasks, do you mean utility flasks? Those have always worked for the duration because they are a buff, not a replenishment. Life and mana flasks have always ended their effect when your resource hits full. The change in 1.1.3 is that you don't waste charges anymore when you try to activate them at full health or full mana.

I can use the other LIFE flasks when my health is full, it's always been like this for me.

As of 1.1.3, Life Flasks can only be used on full life if they'd have at least some effect. If your other flasks are usable on full life, then they have mods that do something when used that's separate to healing you and not tied to the duration of the healing (which would be zero).

Meaning, the MS only applies during flask effect. Since you're at full health, there is no effect, so no MS.
