Question about weapon elemental damage

Does it increase the damage of elemental "stats" on the bow?

Does it increase the damage of +elemental damage on armor and jewelry?

Does it increase the elemental part of hybrid skills such as lightning arrow? (meaning the 50% lightning damage would be increased by elemental damage, while the physical damage is unmodified).

Does it affect flat +x elemental damage of support gems for the skills?

In all cases, item mods and passive skills are very explicit in their wording. If it is for elemental damage, it affects all elemental damage, spells and attacks from weapons. If it is for elemental damage for weapons, it will boost damage on weapons only. . .same for increases to spells. These increases are all added together and then applied once.

For your example, if you have a "+20% to elemental damage from weapons" mod somewhere and you do 100 points of damage with your bow, Lightning Arrow will reduce your damage by 30%, 50% of the damage to lightning damage and then apply the +20% to the lightning portion.

35 physical damage + (35 lightning damage + 7 lightning damage) = 77 points of damage overall.
(The italics show the portion added by the elemental damage increase.)

Does it also increase the flat ammount of damage added from anger and wrath ?

If yes, is there any diffrence for a meele character (uses Attacks NOT Spells)
between elemental damage and elemental damage with weapons

Do +spell dmg passives apply to elemental skills like lightning arrow?

Lightning arrow is an attack.
All skills in this game are either attacks or spells.
