Third Party Software

Hi,

My name is Gino, and I would love to try this game out since I got banned in diablo 3 for no apparent reason. This thread is not a "sympathy" or "i feel sorry for you bro" thread but rather an eye opener and verification.

My biggest issue is:

1. Can I use Avermedia Live Gamer HD RecCentral to record this game? As I am a youtuber and I would love to broadcast this game.
2. Is Fraps an ok third party software?

Just a quick background to blizzard. They innocent people. I know I can't justify any of their allegations, but their ground against me was using a third party application that caused an unfair advantage towards the game.

All I can say is this, the only third party software that requires a game to run on my system are these 2. (excluding antivirus and email applications, netflix , vlc. possibly another game such as guild wars 2. and utorrent )

Recording programs are 100% fine.

Stuff like sniffer, hacks and bots are not.
