Extra Inventory Space On Pets

Now, before you even start to comment that this is pay to win, I realize that it is in the slightest a pay to win idea. But in the same way that extra stash tabs are, and extra character slots. Adding no real advantage to the character or their gameplay.

Anyway, with that out of the way I think it would be a cool, and profitable idea to add the ability to have inventory space on your pet much like a Torchlight system. Now, sending them to town to sell would be a little much. But loading up your pet with gear throughout a run could save time, as well as portal scrolls. Also, it would allow GGG to not only sell a pet, but also upgraded inventory space for the pet/player. This may already be in the works, but I've seen nothing on it yet. Would give more of a purpose to a cosmetic item, and save the player a bit of grief on constantly porting to town or choosing between items.

Once again, I realize this is a very blunt and unpolished idea, but just throwing it out there!

This allows for faster farming. Less portals used in maps. Means more currency in less time


Not gonna happen.

Instead of giving us extra inventory on pets, why not give us extra inventory tabs? Why on earth would you need to use a pet not everyone even have? But yeah, as Sl4y3r said, it's Pay 2 Win. It has also been discussed to death already.

I think it would be nice to able to set it so your pet can pick up items when you're in solo play.

So far I have no reason to bust out the kiwi other than bragging rights :P

Try playing Arcanum a few minutes, then you'll change your opinion. :p Those idiots run around all the time picking up anything that's not tied down, bolted down or otherwise stuck to anything. After thirty minutes or so, I gave up clearing out their inventories over and over and over and over and over and... (repeat as long as you bother)

Just have the ability to select Whites/rares/magic/jewelery/orbs etc.
