Discharge malfunction

Occasionally, when casting discharge the spell visual effect is triggered, but no damage is done to mobz, and no charges are consumed, sometimes the animation is triggered 2 times, where only the second one does damage and consumes charges. It seems that this bug is most frequent when desync occurs or when the spell gets interrupted, but animation doesn't.
No screenshot attached as it would not show anything.

I'm having the same issue as well, it also happens with my spark, spark was working fine before the patch and now it's not doing any damage to monsters at all... I've tested this on norm1 ledge and merc1 ledge... it doesn't matter where I am, I'm not doing any damage a tall with spark or discharge or anything else electric based on my witch

Same for me. Often when i cast Discharge, the Animation is triggerd but no damage is done and the Charges don't disappear. Maybe its a new Dsnyc Problem.

No I do not, I had no intention of using the Ancestral Bond at all. This only started when I used the full respec to change a witch to a spark totem spec. The odd thing about this, is that I have two spark totem witches, the lower level witch does damage with spark, same gem, same everything except level. My higher level witch that I respecced won't do any damage with spark, it won't even take off mob shields whether I'm at far range or close range I see it do nothing.

If I go to ledge to test it out, I can see e.g. skeleton animations that look like they explode, but they don't take any damage, and they don't disappear. The only time I do damage is when I hit them with my wand, or my minions kill them. No damage for spark, no damage for shock nova, or my teleport. Dunno, very frustrating.
