Mamba advice

I'm following Jung mamba build

Some of the stuff he has to increase es is pretty expensive so I'm at around 5,2k rn

Was thinking of getting the flesh flame for tricksters es leech node, skipping essentia sanguinis and running a high es shield instead

Ill lose the double max es leech but 4 passive points give me some of it back

Anyone know any other big downsides?
