Official Proposal for Ethereal Realm Niche BD Incentive: Rarity Drop Mechanism (Concise Version)

Core Objective
Encourage the development of niche Builds, promote the prosperity of class ascendancies, and enhance the diversity of Ethereal Realm gameplay.

Core Mechanism
1. A dedicated Rarity Drop Buff will be added across the Ethereal Realm, with its intensity linked to the popularity of class ascendancies on the Leaderboard.
2. Statistics are limited to the top 3000 players on the Leaderboard; Buff tiers are classified by the proportion of each class ascendancy, with lower proportions corresponding to higher Buff intensity.
3. Tier Reference: Ascendancy proportion ≤1% → 400% Rarity, 1%-5% → 50% Rarity, >40% → 10% Rarity, with linear correspondence to tiers based on proportions.

Anti-exploitation Rules
1. Only valid data of the top 3000 players on the Leaderboard will be counted to eliminate malicious exploitation in lower tiers.
2. Buff Update Cycle: Weekly updates are preferred; bi-weekly updates if technically constrained. The proportion of each ascendancy and corresponding Buff values will be published simultaneously.

Supplementary Notes
1. Buff values are capped at a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 400% to balance incentives and fairness.
2. In party mode, drops are calculated independently based on each player's Buff, without mutual dilution.

This proposal is designed to reward players who explore niche builds and make the Ethereal Realm more diverse and interesting. I deeply love Path of Exile and look forward to seeing a more vibrant endgame environment.
