Door's Stuck - Vaal Temple door pathing issues

Doors like to lock your character in place for a moment, preventing movement and jumps. This seems to happen after dying, mostly. I believe the doors that would prevent you from leaving either haven't fully been removed or lock you in too quickly after pathing through.

If I'm trying to quickly get through the door or jump right after, my character gets locked into place for a moment making it impossible to avoid damage, regularly causing another death.


TL;DR:
After dying, character has trouble crossing through the door to the room you died in.
