Count Geanor portal problem

Good afternoon guys, srry for the trouible, but once I defeated the executioner and got Letis free went to Clearwell to talk to jher, but once I got back in the Mansion front door, I couldnt find a way to getr to the portal, even though the mark was still there, could you guys fix it, or is there something I could do locally.
