Locked out of Architect Temple

Left temple after fighting Architect, ended up by consol. Cannot close temple or run it. Have logged out repeatedly, as well as uninstalled and reloaded game. Everything else is functioning normally. No new Vaal access points in waypoints, and every time I access anything I am told to defeat the Architect.
