NASCENT HOPE THAWING CHARM BUG

After triggering the charm it sometimes bugs out and makes my character unable to perform actions but I'm still able to move around. The bug disappears after awhile but I'm not able to test how long it takes to disappear but it varies; sometimes it disappears quickly, sometimes it takes awhile. The bug is annoying and I really cant wait for it to disappear because I'll die waiting so what I do to fix it every time it happens is I quit to character select and log back in then everything is back to normal.
